This agreement sets out the terms and conditions of our coaching relationship.
Commitment: You are hiring me as your coach because you want to make significant changes in your life, leadership, or business. I am requesting a minimum four (4) month commitment to the coaching process. This allows time for the coaching relationship to develop and be powerful. As your coach, I have your word that I am 100% committed to you being powerful and successful, and supporting you in achieving your goals.
If, during the four (4) month period, there is any reason to change our agreement, my request is that we design a time period during which we can create a mutual resolution that honours both the coaching relationship and each of us. After the four (4) month period, we can continue on a month-to-month basis. When it is time to end the coaching relationship, I request a one-month (30-day) written notice.
This agreement includes:
1 X 90 Minute Intake Session
8X 45 Minute Coaching Sessions
Confidentiality: All conversations and details of our coaching relationship are confidential. Exploration of topics is most effective when it’s done from a place of authenticity and honesty.
Procedure: Typically, in a coaching relationship, the client calls the coach, as it is a symbol of "taking action." Please design with your coach how you would like to make contact, either via phone or Zoom.
Calls: Our agreement includes two 45-minute calls per month. Ideally, we will commit to our semi-monthly coaching call at a time that works consistently for both of us. We can discuss dates at our discovery session. I will let you know when I schedule holidays, and I appreciate you doing the same.
Changes: Rescheduling an appointment is easy with advance notice. If you have an emergency, we will work around it. If you must cancel a call, we will make it up. My request is that you provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. A standard session fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
In Between Sessions: If you would like to share a success or a problem with me at non-coaching times, you may reach out to your coach via phone or e-mail.
Unused sessions: All sessions must be made up within the month that they are scheduled unless an alternate arrangement is made.
Payment: Payment can be made via e-mail transfer, credit card, or cheque to Better Your Best Coaching.
Problems: If at any time you have questions, or if I ever say or do something that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it to my attention. I am committed to creating a powerful relationship that is open to discussing challenges.
