This past spring Better Your Best launched the first of a series of leadership courses designed to support emerging leaders to develop the self-awareness of thoughts, words, and actions required of all great leadership. Understanding how we show up and how we are perceived is the starting point to all the many different types of conversations required of leaders.

We launched our first cohort of 30 leaders last April and will be launching our second cohort this September.
