We're excited to announce that on April 5th this corporate leadership course is set to launch!
One of the biggest obstacles we observe to the success of an organization is the inability to have important or courageous conversations. These are the conversations that drive strategy, innovation, and productive conflict. In order to navigate this type of communication, a leader must navigate a series of developmental phases - knowing self, interacting with others, and leading organizations.
Strong leadership starts from the inside out. It starts with a deep sense of self-awareness and a desire to show up as our best selves.
This course will consist of 10 monthly webinars - topics that have been carefully curated to help participants begin the journey of optimizing their "being" and "doing" selves. Corporations are invited to select a handful of participants that they have identified as emerging rockstars. Each corporation will have its own internal course champion to assist in integrating the work back into the organization. This unique blend of synchronous and asynchronous learning creates the perfect balance for true learning transformation.
