Help us BETTER OUR BEST!!  November is a great month to look ahead at the next Calendar year to establish strategic plans, new programs, budgets etc.  As a BYB client we help each other get BETTER.  Please help us out by logging into your BYB private page and completing the feedback section under forms to tell us what you like and what we could do better at in 2015.  While you are in there check out some of the changes we have made to the site!!

In return we want to remind you to finish the year strong. Here is a quick Top 3 Ways to bring your best self to each of your coaching calls. 

1. Remember to complete all homework by scheduling it in your calendar.
2. Complete your call strategy a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your calls-we will do our best to mix up the questions to keep things interesting.
3. Come to each call with a topic for discussion.  If you are feeling stuck pay attention to your head chatter-what seems to be the current theme?  What sayings are you repeating to yourself?  What is their source?  If you are still stuck feel free to call it out in the call strategy and we’ll have an exercise ready to go…most likely centered on JOY!!
