BYB May Newsletter

Spring must be in the air as many of the coaching calls have been filled with great stories of Q1 growth, not just the bottom line but also growth of your people.  It’s been fun watching many of you apply the ideas from our last book club book “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits” to your already successful companies.  Some of the action I’ve witnessed is complete business re-orgs, values being lived and honored in new and creative ways, and companies digging deep to find their stories.  Do you have a unique way that the book has inspired your organization?

If you haven’t had a chance to read it yet here’s a little review from Elizabeth Mah at Paperclip Law:

Mastering the Rockefeller Habits took the “overwhelming” out of my vocabulary and allowed (forced) me to create a one-page strategic focus plan and action plan to break down my ever growing to-do list into manageable parts. Most importantly, it takes away the stress of thinking I have unlimited things to do and keeps me concentrating on the few important things I needed to accomplish in that year, quarter or month. It has improved my productivity while reducing my stress around all the things I have to do! It was a perfectly timed read for my stage in business so thank you to you for the fantastic recommendation! What’s next?

April’s been a busy month of travel & growth for BYB as well.  I’ve been super excited to facilitate Leadership Retreats and Coaching workshops for your companies and EO groups.  All of my workshops and retreats are custom designed to meet the needs of the group but if there’s one topic I’m especially passionate about its “Whole Leadership.”  Feel free to ask me about it on your next call!!

NEW Coaching Resources: Post call report

Deepen your coach learning by completing a “post call report” after your coaching calls.  This form can be found under the forms section of your private client page.  I look forward to reading about your “aha” moments.  As they say “coaching happens in between the calls!”
