In 2012 I made the resolution to take a picture a day for 365 days.  I love pictures because as the saying goes “a picture says 1000 words” which means I don’t have to write 1000 words. I’m very fortunate to live the lifestyle I live both by design and by luck.  I’m sometimes hesitant to write about my travels or post too many pictures for fear of coming across as too “showy.” 

However going through these pictures made me stop and think “wow” despite some of the challenges that still exist in my life, 2012 was a really great year-especially for food and travel.  The other thing I learnt from this experience is that sometimes a simple moment captured by a phone is actually a pretty amazing champagne moment which you only realise after the fact. 

Below is a link to a few of my favorite moments in 2012.  I share them with you not to be showy but more to hopefully trigger a few “I’ve always wanted to do that” thoughts which will catapult you into bold action in 2013!
